PHRONESIS was founded by Stacy Woodman, a business leader with 20 years’ experience in technology, strategy, and growth. She has worked with global market leaders and high-growth SMBs, and earned a master’s in psychology with distinction from Brunel University London in 2024. Stacy brings a deep curiosity for the "why" behind business challenges, combining strategic insight with psychological understanding to unlock growth. Known for her empathetic, hands-on approach, she helps organisations navigate change and transform operations for greater impact.
